Sotera Employees -

All Sotera offices are open.

You have the following options during inclement weather:

  • Work from home -- if approved by your supervisor.  It is wise to be prepared with work that can be done from a remote location. Employees should connect via CITRIX to the GNA domain and/or use WEBMAIL for email communication.    All Sotera employees have access to OWA via https://mail.soteradefense.com/owa/auth/logon.aspx.  Privia, Wingspan, Deltek Timesheets and many SharePoint sites are all accessible from the Internet and do not require login to the Sotera Network. Email the helpdesk for assistance. Please notify the helpdesk if you want, or need, to have a Citrix account provisioned.
  • Work additional hours to make up the time -- if approved by your supervisor and/or customer.
  • Use Paid Time Off (PTO), if you are unable to make up hours worked in the current pay period
  • If you do not have a PTO balance, you may go up to 40 hours into the negative pending supervisor approval.  Any further advance requires Division/Department leadership approval.
